The relay is designed for: - diagnostics of a remote device (short circuit, increased consumption) - priority relay - two appliances (e.g. boiler and underfloor heating), which operate on one phase, but never run simultaneously - so there is no current overload and subsequent drain on the circuit breaker. It is thus possible to save on the main circuit breaker flat rate.
